All the products available from Pansophix Online are downloadable. After you have purchased a product you are given 7 days and two opportunities to download the product. It is your responsibility to download your purchase within 7 days of making your purchase.

We are proud of our products and the benefits that people have gained from them. If you are not absolutely delighted with your Useful Guide we will refund your money for up to a year after purchase – no quibble, no fuss.

It would help us make future updates of our Useful Guides better if you let us know why you were not delighted. However our refund policy is no quibble, no fuss so it is your call if you want to let us know.
